Payment & Cancellation Policy


Passion Fruit Chefs offers you a choice of payment options. Payments for our services can be made using Visa, Master Card, Personal Checks and Money Orders.

A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking your service and the balance is due 30 days prior to your event date.

There is a 4% Processing Fee when using Visa or Master Card.

For payment using a Check or Money Order please make check payable and send Priority Mail using the U.S. Postal Service to:

Cancellation Policy

All deposits are refundable less a 25% cancellation fee of your total contract amount if cancelled 90 days prior to service date. 89-60 days prior to your service date there is a cancellation fee of 35% of your total contract amount. 59-31 days prior to service date there is a cancellation fee of 50% of your total contract amount. No refund if cancellation is 30 days or less.

Passion Fruit Chefs Services, Inc. strongly recommend that you secure Insurance to protect your trip and/or special event.
